Minutes of 13th March 2024 Meeting

7:00pm at Belmont school.

Present, P Bavin, P Bakker, C Markwell, G Parnham, A Bowling, R Keeler, P Nesbitt, E Stooke, 

There were no residents present.

Apologies; Y Martin, A Gregory & D Thorpe. 

Cllr C Markwell the Parish Council Chair chaired the meeting.

1.   Declaration of Interests: none.

2.   Minutes of the 8th March 2023 meeting were agreed Unan. on a proposal by A Bowling Sec E Stooke.

3.   Updates: Work on BHMS continues, Volunteers are doing ongoing works.

Lease confirmed for the derelict land in between the BHMS and our Jubilee Mount site.

4.   Chairs Report: Cllr C Markwell had nothing to add to her report in the recent newsletter. A special mention was though made about the influx of applications for Solar Farms.

5.   Parishioner Forum: No parishioners other than councillors present!
