Minutes of 8th March 2023 Meeting
7:00pm at Belmont school.
Present: R Wright, P Bakker, C Markwell, G Parnham, A Bowling, R Keeler, P Nesbitt, A Gregory, E Stooke
There were no residents present.
1. Apologies; Y Martin & P Bavin and LCC SKDC Cllr L Wootten
2. Declaration of Interests: none.
3. Minutes of the 9th March 2022 meeting were agreed Unan. on a proposal by A Gregory Sec P Nesbitt.
4. Updates: BHMS now on licence to us, works must be done to the time scales set out. Volunteers to do ongoing works.
Lease being sought for the derelict land in between the BHMS and our jubilee Mount.
5. Chairs Report: Cllr R Wright congratulated all on the newsletter and thanked those who had done the deliveries.
6. Parishioner Forum: No parishioners present!
