Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting 2021
Held 7th July 2021 at 7.00pm prior to the Council Meeting @ Belmont School Harrowby Lane. This was delayed from March due to the Covid 19 restrictions.
There were no parishioners present.
1. Apologies were received from Councillors: Y Martin
2. Present were Chairman G Parnham, R Wright, J Anderson, P Bavin, G Chivers, A Gregory R Keeler, P Bakker, C Markwell, A Bowling, and P Nesbitt.
3. Minutes of the 2020 meeting: these were accepted as a true record on a proposal by P Bakker sec by R Wright.
4. Updates from the last meeting; Covid 19: we have gradually come to terms with this and are continuing to provide our services as normal.
Working on Zoom has had it problems, which gladly we are able to overcome.
5. Chairman’s Report: Councillor G Parnham reported that all the relevant news had appeared in our very informative newsletters.
6. Parishioners Points Raised: none as no parishioner’s present.
7. Chairs Closing Comments: The Chairman thanked all councillors for their input over the past year. He also thanked the clerk for being on top of everything with regards to the extra work due to the pandemic within the parish.
