2020 Annual Parish Meeting

Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting 2020 held 11th March 2020 at 7.00pm prior to the Council Meeting.

@ Belmont School Harrowby Lane.

There were no parishioners present. 

Apologies were received from Councillors: W Charley, P Bakker, Y Martin & M Radley

Present were Chairman G Parnham, R Wright, J Anderson, P Bavin, G Chivers, A Gregory R Keeler, J Lee, C Markwell. 

Minutes of the 2019 meeting: these were accepted as a true record on a proposal by R Wright sec by A Gregory.

Updates from the last meeting; Flooding Harrowby Lane passed to LCC flood Team along with some extra historical maps.

Chatsworth Ave: position is much better here after the work done over the last year.

Chairman’s Report: Councillor G Parnham reported that all the relevant news had appeared in our very informative newsletters.

Parishioners Points Raised: none as no parishioner’s present.

Chairs Comments: The Chairman thanked all councillors for their input over the past year. He also thanked the clerk for being on top of things happening within the parish.
